Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. mostbit targets a withdrawal processing time of under three (3) minutes for verified accounts, though processing times may vary based on payment method, verification status, and transaction volume. mostbit accounts operate in USDT as the primary currency. Pakistani Rupee (PKR) equivalent amounts displayed on the Platform are for informational purposes only and are based on prevailing exchange rates at the time of display. Exchange rate fluctuations are the player's responsibility.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded by mostbit carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits for each promotion are stated on the relevant promotion page. Bets placed with bonus funds on excluded game categories do not count toward wagering requirements.
mostbit actively monitors all accounts for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using wagering strategies specifically designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk (including but not limited to low-variance betting patterns); and colluding with other players to manipulate promotion outcomes. mostbit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion prior to any modification will generally be treated under the original promotion terms, however mostbit reserves the right to apply amended terms where required to prevent abuse or where the original promotion terms contained an error.
mostbit reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where: the bet appears to be placed by a professional or syndicated bettor; odds were published in error; there is evidence of match manipulation or insider information; or system errors have caused erroneous odds to be displayed.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on the mostbit Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by mostbit at any time without prior notice.
The settlement of sports betting markets is based on official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board for PCB events; PSL official results for Pakistan Super League markets). In the event of any discrepancy, mostbit's decision, made in good faith based on available information, is final. Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software and are independently audited.
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a live betting session or casino game, mostbit's server records shall be the definitive record of all transactions. mostbit is not liable for any losses or interrupted play arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

In no event shall mostbit's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your mostbit account in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
mostbit does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
